POOW NOW- Positive Outlook On Weight
I am visiting my family and I have so been eating!! But the good thing is I haven't cleared one plate yet! First goal reached. I seem to always get full before finishing a meal. The hardest thing about weight loss and weight loss behaviors is keeping to them no matter what environment you are in. I have to work so hard on this one!
It has been a minute since I have been home I feel I should have some of my favorites because a lot of them I can not get where I now live. I am very mindful of this losing behavior. Food is food no matter what it is and no matter where it is, I know this mentally but my gut wants my old favorites. I know we can allow for small pleasures but I have to always be mindful of them so not to fall back in to bad behavior. I shouldn't say bad behavior I should say COMFORTABLE behavior. I find that I do a lot things because it is comfortable and known. Now the thing I have to do is work on breaking those comfortable patterns.
