Week 1- 23.54 miles logged~
So, I decided to join a gym to train for my 5k. I needed a place outside of my home. I have become very bored with video tapes. I found a gym where it was so little each month that it was a no brianer!
I am doing a challenge from May 9 to July 4, 2010 called the 10/3/64. What 10/3/64 is a minimum of 10 miles or 3 hours a week of exercise and 64 oz of water each day. I did 23.54 miles this week by going to the gym 3 times! I feel so great. Why do we not exercise regularly? I always feel so good after I have completed a session. I love it! This is my "ME" time.
I hope you have found what works for you. By the way did I say I lost 2 lbs this week! No bad, if I say so myself.

Thanks for the encouragement.. I have a gym membership but haven't been motivated to go.. I watch all the Biggest Losers I can but that's not going to help ME shed this weight. I have to want to..
