I am doing a challenge from May 9 to July 4, 2010 called the 10/3/64. What 10/3/64 is a minimum of 10 miles or 3 hours a week of exercise and 64 oz of water each day. I did 23.54 miles this week by going to the gym 3 times! I feel so great. Why do we not exercise regularly? I always feel so good after I have completed a session. I love it! This is my "ME" time.
