So, I have decided to do a half marathon! Now, what was I drinking when that happen....LOL. Nothing, I just think it's time to take it to the next level. I need to take all of my efforts to the next level including eating. I have been so bad about not eating properly. I skip meals, substitute meals for snacks all kind of craziness is happening with me and food.
Why is this? It really drives me crazy! I have been so committed to the gym for this past year and I have made gains but it makes me mad to think only if I would have focused on food as much as exercise how far I would have been right now. But I can't cry over the what ifs and should've, could'ves I must move on. I am ready to really do this! I want this, I need this for me. Now, I have I to decide how to do this. I will be back to tell you more because this journey is not OVER yet!
The half marathon is in September and I now have to choose the right training program to follow. I will keep you informed as I make my decisions along the way. Are you ready for a challenge?
