It has been 17 weeks since I changed my eating habits. In the beginning I took pictures of everything I ate and I believe it really kept me focused. For whatever reason writing down my meals was just to much of a chore for me but taking a picture was very easy. My computer is broken so I haven't had an opportunity to do a video of pictures of my meals but today I thought about my blog. I will use this medium to reconnect to you all and to show you pictures of my meals. I haven't taken pictures of my food lately but I will start again this week. I do believe taking pictures of my food did help me in my weight loss of 35 lbs. in the beginning. Below I will show you my meals but not in any particular order.
